I think because maybe her parents were good and didn't force things on her or her sister. I believe that plays a big role in how some of these kids come out.

There was such a better movie to be made focusing on Pitt infiltrating the Manson gang, with all the great young actors like Dakota. Instead, he made a long-winded, pointless stretch about DiCaprio acting.
