Dal Gosht Recipe is mutton with dal which is a very wonderful combination. This combination is usually found in Hyderabad. this dal gosht is so tasty that it goes well with rice or rotis.
Dal Gosht Recipe Ingredients -
(SERVES 4)
1 cup Split Pigeon Peas (washed)
500 Gms Mutton (boneless)
1 ltr Water
Salt
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Onions (sliced)
Salt
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
1 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 cup Water
1 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Fried Onions
2 tbsp Water
Coriander Leaves (chopped ) fried Onions
Juice of 1 1/2 Lemon
Mint Leaves
Fried Onions
