This song remind me of my dad bcoz i also live in an island he was fisher man before but sadly he went missing when i was 2 years old and till now we do'nt have any news if his still alive or not, i'am now 35 years old. Even if many years had gone and we dont have so much memories shared together bcoz i'm still a baby during those time but hearing the stories of our neighbors of how my papa loves me and how caring he is na every (hapun daw gina sung ay ko or gina ablay ko sa abaga inig abot niya gikan managat para e suroy sa amu isla bisan ug kapuy na cya) makes me cry every now and then and i miss him so so much, i remember during our college retreat before i ask a sign to God f my father was still alive i would not dream him anymore but sadly that night i had a dream in that dream of mine my 2 kuya's told me to harry up and we should go to the church in there i saw him in the caffin lying infront of papa Jesus. Maybe that was a sign and a closure i needed that i should stop hoping that he still alive and move forward bcoz during in my younger years i was stock in the idea that my papa was just working in the other country and would back soon i also remember when my aunt told us that we should have a death anniversary of my papa but i'm the one who opposed to that idea coz i'm still hoping that he would come back someday and upon hearing your song anji gives me comfort that even if my father not around with me anymore the love and the memories we shared will never be banished and that was the greatest gift i have in i will live for. Thank thank thank you Love for your beautiful song just continue writing bcoz you have a talent of touching the heart of people through the lyrics of you songs.
