For the grilled cheese, they said mayo on the outside. That means they used mayo instead of butter to grill it. It does get crispier. That's what they were talking about. Besides that, you can still eat it the proper way by dipping it in ketchup before each bite.

That is how to interview, cup reporters often ask the most dumb ass question i wonder why the drivers dont call them out for that, guess they just shake their heads.
