I think it also has to do with your body proportions- if you have a relatively equal leg to torso ratio then you’re more likely to be able to do this, if your legs are too long or too short logically this wouldn’t be possible. I might be wrong 😅

The original use big size plastic bottle. Hard to adjust because they used small size to kick at top of thier own head. But still manage to do it

그게 아니라 상체를 세웠는지에 따라 달라지는거에요 살짝 뒤로 눕거나 숙이면 물병의 위치가 밑으로 더 내려가니까요

Some of them actually managed to kick all the way up there, their legs were simply just too long to hit the bottle. More surprisingly the team captain and the girl that often pairs with him actually failed it, it was 2 others that succeeded
