DALLAS - Firefighters began life saving measures for two men found ejected on Robert B Cullum Blvd from a BMW however, one person died at the scene from their injuries. The driver lost control on a sharp turn that caused a violent spin out after hitting a tree that caused the engine and K-frame to break apart from the vehicle. Accident investigators are reviewing the crash for a cause and authorities could not confirm if the driver was possibly impaired as roadways were already wet due to drizzling conditions as rain began to move into Dallas.
