So many unanswered questions here. Was the IV bag in a case from the manufacturer? Do they order their IV bags already mixed with drugs for their specific patients? Who has access to their drugs? Do they have a pharmacist and techs on site? Not near enough info in this report.

I used to work in a hospital pharmacy, and the pharmacist would typically inject certain medication into the IV bags. So I think some nut job got into this, maybe someone who had access to the pharmacy, or whoever transports the IV bags up to the floor, and maybe injected the bag with a bad substance

Nurses and anesthesiologist have access to these bags, the suspect was arrest and booked on 35 charges yesterday. He had beef with BS&W and was already on probationary leave from an incident at another hospital network. He was caught on camera spiking bags.

Ban surgical centers (it's really a safety issue) You're always gonna have allot more safeguards in place at a real hospital
