As someone who grew up in this city and graduated in 2018 the high schools are not great. The student to teacher ratio is closer to 25-1. I had straight A’s and B’s all of high school and still felt like I knew nothing about the real world. As far as living in the city goes it’s great but the schools need some serious help.

I lived in Frisco for 8 years. Hated it. Moved recently and am much happier.

@@VelvetyMoon too much traffic, it grew to fast a infrastructure didn't keep up. Too expensive. Due to liquor laws, there are no venues for bands to play, it is limited to restaurants the have a single or duo. Except the Railyard. Not much to do there unless you like to shop or play soccer.

@@LIVINGINDALLAS Here's what she said: Everything you could ever want is within twenty miles of me… stores, food, sports, venues that draw big acts…. For people with kids: low student to teachers ratio… schools have money here… the more people come, the more schools are built. Frisco now has 12 high schools. Kids in sports get scouted here. It’s clean and people have money here! Copy and paste my words!

I’ve lived in Frisco for nearly 18 years. My kiddos all attended FHS, and we absolutely LOVE it here. Yes it’s grown tremendously, not to mention you have to willing to spend some serious dough moving here as homes are very expensive (property taxes are costly), but I think it’s worth every cent. I hope to live here for years to come. I live a minute from the Star, and love my location. It is getting very crowded here, so maybe people should move somewhere else. We’re full here🤪😜

Only in Texas does temporarily getting upgraded to a different league cause such a conniption fit. The "realists" realize they are gonna get OWNED by the megaschools, the optimists want THEIR boy to play in the one school that BARELY made the league in size. That was actually why Frisco HAS so many high schools, they didn't want to get into megaschool sports spending levels. Schools with 3-10 times their population and massive stadiums. And ALL the "politics" it creates, although they got a taste of it. They didn't finish their newest school fast enough...

Of course, once Jerry is finished selling out and is divested he will build a new "practice" area somewhere else. Ask Valley Ranch how that works. I liked Frisco when I lived out there, but that was before Toyota and the Star were built out and even then housing was expensive.

Get it right that’s not the original high school nor the first and yes the original building is still standing. It’s no longer a high school but it’s still around.

I get what you’re saying, but it’s called “the original”. My kids all attended FHS, and that’s what it’s known as regardless if it’s not the first HS.

For townhomes in starwood, are you referring to those outside the gates or is there townhome properties within the gates of starwood?

Starwood only has homes, VERY expensive homes where most are well over a million dollars. There’s apartments/townhomes right outside the gates of Starwood.

I think this is the best tour video you have done so far. I would advise you to do a similar one for Highland Park and University Park. Your old videos of those two are really boring because you sit in your office at the end and talk; made me doze off. Im not from usa. How is the weather is frisco dallas? As in is it always sunny? Does it snow? Does it have tornados? Is frisco 80% caucasian? Any asians? Any blacks? Any middle eastern? Is frisco upper class? Or just a medium class suburb? How is the people? Friendly? Snobbish? Rude? Keeps to themselves? Frisco best suburb in dallas? Or there is better ones? Is there any chinese asian grocery stores in it?

Where 2 $100k incomes make it hard to raise children & afford enough housing without living off banks qualification maxed out lending rules & too much big city prices! When glorified condos down the street sell for $250 million. When rent next to a grocery store with people camping out for opening is approaching $5k for 2 bed room.
