This game was so entertaining. The Storm are a great team: 3 All star/all nba level players and really good role players. Since my Sparks won't be making it this season, this is def one of the teams I'll be rooting for.

@@JaminT.Jaddua I can see it...but naahhhh 😆 Loyd got a REAL resume & it ain gettin any thinner. Whereas Arike always got some shit going on wrong around her PLUS u can have more success targeting arike on defense. Arike a few younger tho so there's time to close the gap

Slow start shooting, but when Seattle comes alive, they're very impressive. They seemed to be forcing drives to the basket early, but without some outside shooting, that lets the defense pack the lane. Keeping the floor spread is needed to make those drives with the ball or non-ball-handler cuts to the basket available.

That's quite a coincidence that Germany wbb is in the Olympics for the first time ever and that both its star player and sibling on the team are sidelined in the W with injuries, one that will be recovered from just in time for the Olympics and the other listed as day to day for a full month now. Wow, what are the odds that neither sibling will play another game in the W before the Olympics but both will play in the Olympics, and is Vegas taking bets on this?

I find it odd that the W has no concussion protocol for determining whether a player who has suffered a blow to the head (to include a head slam to the floor) can return to the game or must be pulled and start treatment to prevent or cure developing concussion. I was shocked Sims stayed in the game. Blueberries, dark chocolate, green tea, cbd, and thc are my favorite anti-inflammatories against concussion or other types of physiological trauma.

She played 6-7 minutes at the end. Had a couple rebounds (only one credited because of a Wings foul) a steal and missed a couple shots. High effort the whole time but it was pretty clear that Dallas was going to try their best to not be the ones who gave up her first points 😅
