Can we see u Finishing The Lebron Era Rebuilds , bcz only 3 Teams left in there to be Rebuild which is the Suns,Bobcats/Hornets and Pistons

Save DET from the endless years of being mediocre then atrocious. They were really good from like 1984 through around 1992, then mostly good from the mid 90s all the way through 2008. 3 chips, an L in the finals bc of Horry, a ton of ECFs, a dozen or so 50+ win seasons and even more in the high 40s. In 07-08 they went 59-23 and lost in the ECF, 08-09 they went 39-43 and got swept in R1, then they were BAD for a long time. One winning season in the SVG era where they got swept by CLE, then .500 in 18-19 where they got swept by MIL. You know the rest lol. Beginning of 08-09 they moved Chauncey for AI to Denver. He still had two AS seasons left in him (08-09/09-10) and another solid season in 10-11. Tayshaun was still rly good, Rip fell off after that season due to injuries, it was Sheed’s last year in DET, and then some other old ppl. Stuckey was solid at 22yo, they had Afflalo on Y2 of his rookie deal before they randomly salary dumped him, traded Amir Johnson after his 4th season at 21yo for a guy I’ve never heard of, then drafted Austin Daye with the 15th pick. Went 27-55 in 09-10, drafted Greg Monroe with pick 7 when Hayward went 9, and PG 10th. So you could hop in whenever, whichever is the best roster between like 06-09 or something. Ideally before they moved Chauncey so you could trade him for rebuilding pieces, (he was still an All-Star) kept guys like Afflalo, maybe traded Rip if he had any value, and traded Tayshaun bc he definitely had value. Obviously if they draft Wade or w/e and built properly around them they could’ve kept it going, but they didn’t…so gotta save them the hard way lol. It’s a fun era and you’ll get to use a ton of players that we don’t usually get to see…and I highly doubt many ppl have done this rebuild. I’ve never seen it and I’ve seen a lot of them, only ones drafting one of Melo/Wade/Bosh instead of Darko. I know the longer rebuilds won’t come until after the finals prolly, so I don’t mind waiting obviously lol. This would be best as a 5y+ for sure, bc you’d need to tear it down completely. I’d LOVE to see this! And if you’re checking rosters, they traded Chauncey early on in the 08-09 season, and Amir Johnson that summer, then Afflalo later in the summer…also signed Ben Gordon that summer as a FA. They resigned Big Ben to let him play out his last cpl years there. I’d say the important guys to have are Chauncey, Tayshaun, Afflalo, Stuckey, and Amir Johnson. Maybe Rip depending on the year but he fell off hard after 08-09/09-10. The rest of the guys were either mad old, meh, or just not rly important or exciting. Most of the guys I listed aren’t beside Chauncey and Tayshaun, though Afflalo had a solid run, Amir was a decent young guy, and Stuckey also had a decent run before he fell off the face of the planet.
