It should’ve been Idris Elba. I think he should’ve used this American accent to play American detective going over to his native England as a almost cheeky Easter egg. But this is too similar to Luther.

The last thing I liked Samuel L. Jackson is was The Protege’. His stuff has been pretty hit or miss within the last ten years. Mostly misses. TONS of absolute GARBAGE.
