In this flashback, Dame Dash shared his thoughts on why 360 deals are bad for artists. He explained that the label profits off of the artist's career from all aspects and Dame added that the artist is selling "360 degrees of [their] ass." He went on to speak about being what he calls "slave broke," which you can hear more about above.
