I’m an Atlanta native. I remember the year he had for the Falcons in 2022. Only caught 13 balls, but had 20.6 YPC. Probably could’ve had more, but the Arthur Smith offense was conservative and run-heavy. Byrd can really run. I’m thinking he’ll be a return man. Perhaps, a 5th WR.

He absolutely does... his hands are so soft, he just cradles the ball. Makes no noise on the catch as it does with other receivers.

We need one physical wr with size and soft hands . At least 6’ 3” and a half . Washington has burners and quickness at wr already. I think Terry is our tallest wr he can’t be but about 6’1” . A possession wr with up size comes in handy on 2nd and and 3rd downs in mid range yardage situations . A team full of the same type smaller wr.

A completion rate of 64% when targeted. Played a lot of football and only a little over 1,000 yards. Camp body that can compete with Dyami and some of the roster bubble guys. Who knows, maybe he can return kicks or make a spot. I still like Mitchell Tinsley and Kaz Allen. I'd say this guy is below McCaffrey and Crowder but closer to Dyami. Competition is always good.
