when i first started watching this a few months ago i wanted to watch it bc of stefan elena and damon and their love story but when I was more into it i realized that this show is not just about that but its about the amazing, epic, and most heartwarming story of the salvatore brothers. And i couldn't be more happier with their relationship.

Oh my god I love them so much. They are the relationship we followed in TVD. I mean this is their story, the story of two brothers who truly love each others, more than their own lives. When Damon died I remenber thinking that I never saw this kind of pain in Stefan's eye. He was litteraly broken but he couldn't live without his brother and he knew it. I never really love Stefan but his relationship with Damon is by far the greatest in this show. We can feel their pain when they lost their brother and it hurts me a lot even now. And also you can't deny that they are the best I mean Stefan always put his brother before anyone else, even Elena and Care. In season 2, he became the Ripper again so Klaus accepte to save his brother's life. And at the end he just sacrified himself so that his brother don't have to do it. Anyway I love them ! Ps : Thanks for putting Sleeping At Last because they're just amazing and their song are wonderful ❤

Damon is a misunderstood character. He is multi dimensional. People only see one half of the picture, I mean I would if I didn’t go through something similar to him. Damon has been hurt over and over again, to the point that he has been broken. He did bad things, but he did good things too. He sacrificed a lot for Stefan, and so did Stefan. Though, in my opinion Stefan always got everything. The girls, the respect. Damon just got used to being the bad guy, and did all the things no one else wanted to do. He was selfless in his own way. Non of them should have died. Especially Damon.
