And I love how you’re just riding around an Italian town on a bike by yourself, and you just entertain yourself, like you really don’t need anyone else and damn that inspiring as hell! I had a wonderful experience in Italy in the 90s and recently went back. Since transitioning, I was concerned about what travel in Italy would look like as a transwoman and people were so nice to me that each city I went to I asked people about their opinion of LGBTQ+ people and I was really surprised and comforted by the generous responses. I think italians love love and life, fashin, artistic expression and food and drinks and things that feel good and get in your bones. My last month in Florence was incredible. People were curious about me and my journey and very protective of me as well. I don't think the people of Crema give a rat's ass who the movie is targeted to if brings in Euros and friendly people

BarbART Yes, but I guess having other tourists around makes many people feel safe. Touristic infrastructure guarantees people they will have stuff to do.. it’s likely very hard to change :/ But then I’m happy to live in a touristic city as well, I am in Granada and we have a lot of Erasmus students, they are often a lot of fun :)

I remember watching that video a year ago and wishing to go to Crema someday. Happy to say that I have been in Crema as of a few weeks ago and fulfilling that wish has brought me so much joy!

Wow so much to relate to in this one - my grandma’s name was Flavia, so I guess she reincarnated into a bottle to hang with you for the day, my brother was named after her his name is Flaviu, this has been the summer of bugs flying into my face, AND I talk nonsense to myself all the time
