I've never looked forwards so much to a draft. Not just because it's in Detroit but there is SO much depth in this draft. You know Holmes is going to get some solid players in those middle/late rounds.

The he sound for this team anywhere they go at home or on the road is garbage for the press. Coach mic is fine but they need to fix it so you can hear the question. Billion dollar franchise and company, buy some dang mics

The issue plaguing this particular interview is ambient noise. That sounds like a loud room so they need more directional/tight pickup mics for the coach mics to cut down the outside noise which would allow for a third (room/omni) mic to capture the interview questions (and the room noise that would come with it). There's just way too much ambient noise coming through the coach mics in this interview to add a third (room/omni) mic to the mix 😅

@@TWebs11-112MotorCityKev A lot of the people asking the questions have their own recording equipment and through whoever they are with. That's why we don't get to hear the questions very well. It's not anything the Lions are doing on their part

Just a note from a Lions fan in Florida. I saw Carlton play many times. Going into the playoff game, I remember thinking "man, I hope he doesn't get an early interception". And why I thought this was because he has a real knack for breaking on the ball. Especially on screens and those quick sideline throws. I had a concern going in that he might jump a route and take an interception back for a TD, which would take the crowd out, and deflate the team early to an extent. Take it for what its worth. I had no idea he would end up being a Detroit Lion. But I was concerned about him going in to the Bucs game in the playoffs.

I'm so proud of this team. So proud of this staff, top to bottom. Lions Pride! Also, maybe they can use the revenue they get from these KZfaq videos to buy some mics for the media to use! I spend more than half of these videos trying to figure out what the question was that Dan's replying to. Some of us may be forensic detectives that can piece together the question based on clues in the response, but I think most of us are not.

Always hard to hear the long-winded questions and who they are asking about but Re: W/ New Sp Team Rules: I wonder what happens to on-side kick options now? More opportunities for Dorsey, Reynolds, & D-P-Jones though. & Hope they stick with linemen for the Draft.

Well, they just paid J-Reeves-Maybin a lot of money for his special teams play so that is an excellent incentive. Let's face it as a starting linebacker Rodrigo has some limitations its why he was a 5th round pick but it is awesome that this staff seems to look for things that their players do well and utilize them - that to me is great coaching - utilizing the best of the talent you have.

Oh man - remember when Mel Grey was a weapon ! of course that was when we had a special teams coach that was the best in the business - I think it was Frank Ganz but I could be wrong it has been a while - but when he was ST coach they were a weapon. Would be great to get an advantage at that phase of the game. A short field with the Lions offense would put them on another level.

This man was born to coach the Detroit Lions. You can see the growth he has made not only on the field but also in his pressers. The way he talks about the game shows he has a deep understanding of how to achieve greatness both as a coach and as a player. Dan Campbell is the best thing to happen to this franchise since Barry Sanders.

I talked to a guy that is employed setting up for the draft in Detroit when I stayed a night in the Pontch, the week before the draft. He told me this was his 10th year doing that work. 10 years. I hope you all have that kind of work.

If DeJean is on the Board for Defensive Back I would pick him up because he has the same Defensive Pedigree that you are looking for ... on the same token I want Tampa to pick him up but it is about making your teams better and I think when it comes to Secondary against Receivers because the D Line is that good like pounding a sledge hammer against a steel door for 3 quarters then a DeJean from Iowa would be a good fit for your team ..... Good luck this year and congratulations on this past season..... If Baltimore didn't run so many fake hand offs against your tough D Line you would have adjusted differently and given them a better outcome..... ☯ They need some intense football players in the secondary that are going to match the front 7 .....
