The right posture is the prerequisite for well-sounding tones and functioning breathing. In the correct singing posture, all the muscles of the body are tensed evenly and the parts that need space are relaxed. Small digression 😂.

Excellent (and fun) reaction. 😀 FOUR languages--from Dan's pinned comment on the video: "The languages I'm singing in are Italian, German, Portuguese and English. I chose these because they are some of the languages most spoken by you. So chances are you'll understand something! Merry Christmas!" I love that when he sings hymns or anything that connects with something biblical, he definitely brings out the POWER (as he does with everything else he sings, of course). Thanks for pointing out some of the ways he is ABLE to do that. A lot of people don't understand how much it takes to actually sing this way.

Loved it! Can you please react to Dan singing Nessun Dorma. It is an Italian song from Giacomo Puccini’s Torandot opera. It is considered among one of the more difficult opera songs to sing for the male tenor voice. Made even more famous after the late, great Pavorotti sang it. Dan nails it. It really shows off his power, breath control, and an obviously incredibly trained voice. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again ❤

I love your descriptions. They are so nuanced and uber- intelligently spoken. I’m quite elderly and raised kids who were into early metal. My six kids are in their 50’s! ( lol kids!) Dan Vasc has reminded me by his covers that amidst the chaos of raising children from 1969-1996 that I was actually present!!! I think I wore my bathrobe for 25 years! But this music brings me to life ( pun intended) and reminds me of moments I had forgotten. Thank you for sharing your thoughts so beautifully and to Dan for well, just being Dan❤️

As many have said he sings the verses in four languages; Italian, German, Brazilian Portuguese and English. However, all choruses are sung in Latin so technically it’s 5 languages. He is phenomenal! Hail VascNation!!!

He starts this in Italian, then German, then Portuguese before finishing in English. Apparently he wanted to honor as many languages of his fans as he could manage in one song. I believe this y be characterized as symphonic metal. He makes it clear with the way he sings this that it is about Heaven's triumph. Yeah, who can slouch watching a Dan Vasc video? Immediately one unconsciously sits straighter and throws the shoulders back.

About Dans posture, he weight lifting and when he stands with his back straight up it’s called ground posture, and it helps also you sing with a lot of air and abdominal pressure
