Hate it when people say "Dana doesn't pay fighters enough". Anyone who says that must be 18 or under and doesn't understand business. It's literally your job as a business manager to keep costs at a minimum including salaries. The only reason you pay someone more is if you're concerned they might leave. The fact that almost all the best fighters stay in the UFC is proof that they are getting the best deal at the UFC. Dana white is the most charismatic manager of a sporting franchise ever! He's passionate about his sport, and attends almost every event. He's brought the sport from the brink of obscurity to prime time television. From near bankruptcy to a multi billion dollar industry that sets the example for other sports on how to stage events. If you're not a fan it's because you don't understand his job.

Shmo is completely right there is alot of Dana fans, And Dana again showed why. He was stuck for words out of humility, he asks for no spot light or fame. Just a pure passion for the UFC and MMA, wow just Wow.
