I'm so sorry but I've been a Pete and Sebastian listener for a long long time listening from Sirius XM and I honestly have to say I don't like the way Pete was just introduced to Dana White as he should have already been introduced to Dana White previously, this is very much his show as well and if I'm not mistaken created it way back when and it's not just the Sebastian show which I've noticed on another podcast when you're leaving and it's you going to sign autographs but not you both together, seriously? People are very much there for Pete as well and Pete again is back in the wings. He's just as great if not greater for his authenticness, staying true and real and for his artistry with writing sitcoms and all that he does. I'm sorry but bring back the old Pete and Sebastian banter that separated you from the rest and People relate more to. Don't get me wrong Dana White is Amazing and guests you've had on but anyone can interview guests, that's not what we listened for... coming from a #1 Fan❤

I thoroughly enjoyed this podcast. It is so rare for me to sit through a 20 minute video. I was sold immediately, and never thought about exiting to browse for something better. I love Sebastian, and the more I hear Pete the more I like him. But, the star was Dana White. My word. How can you not want to work for this amazing man and give him every ounce of effort, blood, and guts, just to please him. You know that you are doing well if Dana accepts you. The passion he has for what he does is off the charts. Sebastian and Pete did an excellent interview. They would ask him a great question, and his passion would reach a new level. I love Dana White. Oh, to work for him…the challenge would be to mirror him.

I was a poor teenager that started Tang Soo Do but couldn't pay for the classes, so the Sensei said if I could buy a ki and belt, then I can join the classes for free. So I disagree that you have to have money to train in a martial art.

Of course you disagree. Someone took a chance on you and gave you the opportunity not many get simply because they can't pay for training. Most of us aren't that fortunate. I've been making so many sacrifices just to keep training. No support, and an underdog if there ever was one. Not giving up, but lacking the finances to train consistently and to get the type of training I need to become a champion makes a huge difference! If someone would have trained me for free as a kid, I would have been training sooner. Then again, my parents were not supportive either.

It's interesting how Dana talks about the gate (ticket sales) after every event. These arenas only hold a certain amount of people. The UFC isn't selling more tickets (because there are a finite amount of seats), but they are gouging the ticket prices. I live by MSG and I was thinking about going to the last few events but I just didn't have the time. Even if I did, the lowest ticket price for a nose bleed seat was around $800. Good for UFC that they can gouge people that much, but don't act like you did something special other than raise the ticket prices. Arenas have a certain amount of tickets. The ONLY reason UFC made more at gate is all dependent on ticket sales.

Great interview, guys! I thought in the beginning Dana was going to go long in the tooth about Power Slap (don't get that scene at all) but fortunately you guys switched topics. I never heard Dana refer to Italians, including his own wife, in one interview so much lol. Come to think of it - Joe Rogan is part Italian and he does live commentary at UFC fights. Yeah, I agree Dana seems wired to be amped 24/7.

Please dont get me wrong on this. I really enjoy Pete and Sebastian podcasts but I feel they got bored doing one on one and thought having a guest would improve the cast. I watch and listen to the cast because of Pete an Sebastian and they dont need guests. The cast becomes like so many others when they do that. Guys, please keep it between yourself. You are entertaining and funny by yourself and don't need guests!!!

I don't think it's that they're bored. I think it's more that one of them is desperate (for lack of a better word) to stop touring and spend more time at home. I don't blame him. It would be exhausting on the road and I'd want to spend more time with my family, too. But I think this has clouded their direction bc they're relying on celebs to get them more views/subs/money and most of us don't care about celebs or their opinions. Just my view, obviously.

I know I’m going to be the kill joy and unpopular opinion on this, but I’m not sure having him on was a great idea. “Slap” outs have caused many in the medical community, even those that endorse MMA, cause for concern, because it is defenseless hitting. I mean c’mon…it’s McDonalds level entertainment. Love Pete and Sebastian, but I’m not sure about this one. What happened to an occasional Cruise, DeCaprio, BP, etc. High end guests. With the old cast format. We are stooping to someone who is making millions off men in a hitting contest. No class.

Couldn’t find the 350m Russian slap video only ≈30mil max. He’s a liar. Only brain dead by vodka desperate people watch and participate in this cr*p. As a Russian, never understood why this garbage was popular, never watched it and never will. Why organize a sport where permanent brain damage to people is served and see them get Alzheimer’s and benefit from it financially? Only a complete reptilian psychopath would do that. In MMA at least they can protect themselves during the fight. However if we think deeper UFC is kinda immoral too to be completely honest. Not gonna lie I enjoy watching UFC, but another side of me knows that it’s just basically the same thing as power slap, people get hurt forever and suffer for the rest of their lives for our entertainment.
