It's clear that the footage and audio have been spliced together, otherwise you would see a clear shot of Ashlee saying the entire sentence instead of editing shots of Jill and Kendall then jump cutting back to Ashlee saying Kendall's name. The choppy jump cuts are a big sign the footage is manipulated to change what really happened. WITH THAT SAID: Reality TV can also manipulate footage in order to make people look better too, not just worse. Meaning what Ashlee said could very well be way too harsh to put on TV, so they'll have them do interviews, say less mean stuff, and dub the audio over footage. They did this once for Abby when she made fun of a medical issue that Chloe was very insecure about.

Kendall wouldn’t have gotten mad at her for no reason, and the fact that they didn’t even show what Ashlee actually said and inserted something instead makes me think that what she ACTUALLY said was far worse. The producers of this show have done it before (See Abby making fun of Chloe’s eye) Edit: Also, Kendall is pretty outspoken compared to the other girls, other than JoJo, at talking to the adults, but she never yelled at any of the moms other than this one specific time. Which only makes me further believe Ashlee had to have said something nasty about her or Jill.

I always knew it was edited at times because someone would say something and then the camera would pan to them, and the facial expression wouldn’t match what they just said. Like if Ashlee said, “You’re just jealous…” you’d see the anger in her face, but she was calm and collected. People feel the emotions before the words come out, and the face always shows the emotion as well. You’d have to be highly trained in order to say something emotional without it being visible in your face as well.
