I agree. About 10 years ago I visited Rio de Janeiro Brazil. That also had a lot of really very impressive festive street action too. Kind of an underrated “secret” city.

@@ramencurry6672 Rio is a vibrant city. I think London is up there too, in terms of liveliness. Most of my family lives in Sicily and Rome and you see festivals there like this sometimes.
