A suggestion for Dougo is I use an old pill bottle for my drill bits .. I have a few with a few different sizes in them marked like 1/16th-5/32 and so on this way I need one I grab the sizes I need.

Howdy from Kansas. Dougo was at the farm with a old parts mower took me back to mowing hay with #5 Johndeere on a 8n Ford. He is rite kids live to get into small places.

Put some rubber caps over the screws . They will look good. And the different lengths won't matter. Can keep them on with a drop of super glue.

yep Doug you are right a lot of stuff that is not supposed to cost you more money and last forever is bull hockey, that composite decking is made of recycled plastic like some of the vinyl siding out in the sun it turns colors it is not meant to be I am a contractor and I try to talk people out of getting it because of it and I am replacing it with wood I would be on the phone calling that guy that did the job and sold you on using that stuff any way have a great day oh that's right when we see this your day is a week old so praying it got better all the way be safe God bless

Dougo a old farmer once told me you can buy the most expensive top of the line window.5 years from now it will be obsolete. Lol that's how it works with everything including all things maintainance free

I love you guys so much! Only hope my wife and I can get along like you guys. Since I'm only messing around and don't want dougo mad, his pick up is filthy! 😅 and that top step of the stairs for the deck, the concrete finish isn't quite safe. A little one plays with that and pulls the rocks it could be an issue. Hopefully Amy Larson KZfaq will show you and family enjoyed all the work this summer! Deck and boats and all! God bless

Amy, if you want to keep the deer away from your flower garden Scatter human hair clippings around the edges of the garden. Deer will smell the hair and equate it with the smell of humans, and they will stay away from the area where they perceive that humans are present.

We also needed heavy deck furniture and went with Polywood products. Very comfortable, heavy, and will last a lifetime.

The Sunday show with Amy and Dougo is becoming the hit show of the Larson KZfaq channel. At one time over 15,000 views were watching the show today-yeah!!!!!!!! You two are the best. You roamed the car lots but no luck on a car or truck of your choice. Then on to the house garage. Dougo, list that nice Anderson window for sale and it will be gone right away. It is a 400 model and those are expensive windows. Someone will buy that from you. You work bench area looks great all cleaned up. Nice work bench area you have. Love the discussions you two get into. On my. The seat on the garden tractor is fixed great now. The glue did the job Hate to see you always working on that deck railing wires. Cactus update, you are not supposed to water cactus during the winter months. As far as I know, I have cactus in my house and I do not water them from December to the end of March and they are very healthy. Love your videos and the farm videos I am constantly watching them. And Doug, that was a good move not to put that railing on your steps next to your house. Good thinking.

Hi Amy and Doug, the best deer repellent is ground coffee. Just get an inexpensive ground coffee and sprinkle some around the plants. Deer don’t like the aroma of the coffee. We’ve used it for years and works extremely well. Thanks for your videos!!!🙏

Add a railing in between the house and the steps not on the steps. This will make it safer for all. You got to look at the products to know if it is worth add cost to go maintenance free. I did aluminum decking on my house because all the maintenance frees stuff fades and doesn't last in the long haul.

What’s funny is my foam seat just fell off my mower. Guess I’ll have to try the black glue stuff. Wish me luck

With all the work at the farm, it must be stressful to maintain upkeep there and at home. It seems as when planting starts, it is 24/7.
