Another tips is to roughly summarize and make a mental rhythm based on movement swings. Up, down, side and side jumps move back 🎶

For step four the arm movement I was sitting up here doing it with you 🤣. I feel you on the stigmatism. I have one also and it really is hard to focus.

We want counting video! I started doing gymnastics young and never counted even I knew I should. Now years later as a dancer I have realized that counting would help me a lot. I just don't know how to do it when I have this habit of not counting

Ask yourself why they would want you on the team and then show that thing off. If you’re a really clean dancer make sure you show that. If you have good facials show that. If you are good at keeping formations show that. Show your skills off! 🤗

do i watch the teacher's body in space or the teacher's body in the mirror? this always messes me up...

Great question, both! In the space will help you get a feel for the energy they are looking for. In the mirror will help you see the details of the shapes. They’ll most likely run it a few times so watch once in person and then the next time in the mirror. Then just alternate.
