this was very useful because im a 12 year old dancer and i had to come up with my own steps for a a competition and this helped a lot

whats the one where they go down on their back, they do and arch but they dont use their hands or arms, or when they are even holding themselves arched back and only have their feet for support?

no problem. Glad you found my video useful. The technique is from gymnastics. First everyone must learn the bridge. It is important that the students can keep their hips up. I hope I could help you a bit.
