Alina Cojocaru (born 27 May 1981) is a Romanian ballet dancer. She was previously a principal dancer with The Royal Ballet and a lead principal with the English National Ballet.

I don't know much about ballet, i admire the greatness of Osipova, Zakharova, Nunez, but i do like the dainty, chirpy, sprightly Cojocaru, A sense of light, air and freedom.

Her Rose Adagio is the best I've ever seen! Such joy, control and confidence. You can see her as a true young princess

I saw her as Clara and remembered her (she was great, otherwise, didn't like the production that well) and she impressed me so much I remembered her name something like 10 years later when lots of dance started showing up on YT. Would kill or die to see all of her Bayadere!
