So much is happening in their dance work that unless you know what to look for it kinda flies by, but now that i've watched Lisa showing just how a slight change in raising your arm or the tilt of your hand makes a difference, and they're doing a lot in their work, I can see just how much practice and work goes into their dances. The girls are just the gold standard by which other girl groups will be measured. They are just incredible to watch...

My favorite choreo of them. They did a lot of moves here that they haven’t usually done in their other songs.

They always sing live with a backtrack. Usually it just emphasises certain words and isn’t the whole song tho. Sometimes they won’t sing the chorus if they dance hard and will just play the back track. You can hear this best in concerts. They’ve become well known for their live vocals 😄 You should react to kick back and we rock (Lisa version) from youth with you 2. They’re both boy group dances and she wanted to show she could handle those. Her ‘We Rock’ was one take and 4 mins long. She almost passed out after it because she’d been overworked and was exhausted when she done it. I was impressed at how well she performed while being so physically tired!
