I don't know if you noticed but in the Last Romeo dance practice, the member with the greyish polo had his hand in his pocket the whole time. He had a serious shoulder injury at that time and he had to do promotions and live stages without using his left arm. Although he's okay now, he said that he's shoulder was completely ruined and beyond recovery. So now, he's being careful in using he's shoulders while dancing :((( he's the main vocal and lead dancer of Infinite.

Infinite, the OG Kings of Synchronization. Their formations and knife like snap in the synchronicity was always satisfying to watch. Other amazing choreography from them would be "The Chaser" "Bad" and "Before the Dawn"

Infinite is known for being one of the first groups to focus on making their choreography hyper synchronized and they have been coined with the phrase "knife-like synchronization." Infinite, along with SHINee, are the groups that are credited with changing the focus of dancing within the Kpop industry. If it wasn't for them, upping the game and showing everyone that it was possible to have sharp synchronized dance moves while singing live and be able to pull it off flawlessly, the industry would probably be a lot different today. Sometimes I think you forget that not only are they amazing dancers, but all these groups are also singing the songs that they are dancing too. ;P The parts where they may be standing still or not moving quite as much is because those are the moments where, if this was a live performance, and not a dance practice, those members would be blowing you away with their vocals as well. :) Not only is Infinite known for their dancing, but they are also a vocal powerhouse group that, like SHINee, sings live while dancing these intense choreos. Infinite debuted in 2010, so they have been in the industry for more than 10 years. The guy in the blue shirt is Hoya and he was the main dancer, lead rapper and vocalist of Infinite. He probably stands out to you because he is known as one of the best dancers in the industry. He left Infinite about 3 years ago and now he's a solo artist. You should check out his song "Angel" and the dance practice video to really see why he is one of the best in the industry. You actually saw "The Eye" dance practice in one of the "most difficult Kpop dances" compilation videos that you watched and Hoya attracted your attention then too. LOL

Infinite only is the name of the album. :) The eye means the eye of the storm, of the typhoon, that's why the member who is standing still, is usually in the middle, representing "the eye". Music video for this song is beautifully shot, it's about coping with loss and different stages of grieving process, if you want to check it out. It's so full of intentional and unintentional symbolic that it makes both my head and heart hurt if I think about it too much, but I love it, it's a sort of a masterpiece. I like the standing still moments in Infinite's choreographies, I think it's one of the hardest thing to do, to captivate the audience when you just stand still, but they manage to do it well. And I deeply appreciate the precision of each movement they do and the passion with which they move and synchronization, I do ballet so that's what I always notice because it's something I need to aim for. :) I fell in love with Infinite because of their voices but if I would see them just dance and not sing, I would fell in love just the same. :) They always, always sing live, by the way, they were trained to do so, so it's truly amazing to see them dancing on stage and singing live at the same time and doing both incredibly well. Any dance practice, live video or music video of them you will check, will be amazing, I promise. :) Oh, and first part of Last Romeo dance practice is Intro music in their album (it's called Season 2). By the way, did you noticed that one of the members in Last Romeo practice always kept his left hand in pocket? Nam Woohyun, he was wearing a grey shirt. He was recovering after a very bad shoulder injury then (it was so bad that it prevented him from active army duty years later, he is serving as a public worker), and yet he danced like this. Recommendations: Before the dawn, Chaser, Be mine come to mind right awyay, then there are Bad, Destiny, Tell me... I also love Man in love and Nothing's over choreographies, they always cheer me up. :) They have an amazing japanese song Can't get over you which has such a beautiful choreography but it's hard to find videos on KZfaq for it. Oh, and you might like some members solo work: Jang Dongwoo's Party girl and News and Nam Woohyun's Hold on me. And Hoya's Angel, he was born to dance (member with white hat in The eye dance practice video). Kim Sungkyu's songs are all amazing too but he doesn't dance much in his solo videos. He has an amazing charisma and stage presence and a heavenly voice so his solo works are still worth checking out though. :) He was cast in Kinky boots musical as Charlie Price not so long ago, and danced in high heeled boots like he was born in them and loved it too, so I am keeping my hopes up that he will decide to dance in one of his future solo comebacks. :) Sorry for the essay and thank you for reacting to Infinite. :) edit: sorry :) I just remembered dance practice for 24 hours, that's one of their japanese songs again and it was released only on dvd I think, but it's just gorgeous to watch. Yessss love infinite, this is giving such good nostalgia feels Couple things I really appreciate about infinite: They have a pretty nicely established sound identity. I tell a song is infinite, but I’m not bored by them being to similar or anything. They are quite good at fully conveying the emotions and energy of a song through both the choreography and their voices. They often have that extra little bit of something that really immerses you into the performance. I’m a big fan of their angstier/dramatic songs because they really manage to pull it off well. They don’t fall a bit flat or overdo it. Some recommendations off the top of my head (jk wrote the list, and decided to get more info): BTD (Before the Dawn, 2011, 1st comeback after debut, their ‘scorpion dance’ helped put them on the map) Be Mine (2011, got the group their first win, has one of the iconic “point choreographies” from the time) The Chaser (2012, iconic, the dance version of the MV is better, the only dance practice I’ve seen they are raising their hands whenever they sing, I never get sick this song, it’s just good to listen to, I think this is the comeback they really proved themselves as a force in kpop) Destiny (2013, a good dance version of this is a bit hard to find, the MVs are confusing because they didn’t release all the versions in respect of the victims of a recent plane crash when the MVs had plane crash scenes (?)) (Still highly recommended!!!) Bad (2015, my first proper infinite comeback, this choreo leans a bit more into the hip-hop influence, in my complete amateur opinion, dancing in the groove (?) more than their other choreo’s, it makes Dongwoo and Hoya stand out more as they are in their comfort zone while some of the other might be a tiny bit out of it) Infinite H is also a great subunit the two main rappers/dancers. I don’t remember them going ham with the choreo, but their skills really show through in their great stage presence and chemistry.

To me the most impressive thing about Infinite is that Dongwoo and Hoya are really far and above the rest in terms of dancing ability, but they have to all come together to execute these as a group and pull it off to be that synchronized. In more recent years I feel like overall dancing ability in groups has really been raised up (i.e. Even more dance training as trainees), and I'm sure the pioneers in gen 2 like Shinee, Infinite, Teen Top influenced that.

It’s so hard to find new reaction videos for infinite nowadays so thank you so much! During the time where synchronization dance was not a thing, Infinite definitely very well known for it. That’s why they were known as Original King of Synchronization. I hope you will react to BTD (Before The Dawn) Dance Practice or maybe Paradise Dance Practice. The video quality might be bad but the quality of the dance moves is 💯 Simple but sharp and in sync, especially for 2nd gen groups.

I’m late but I’m glad you enjoyed what you saw! Infinite are actually known for being the reason why kpop groups take synchronization so seriously nowadays. They were the og synchronized kings. Of course that title has been passed on to Seventeen now but it goes to show how legendary Infinite was/is. Also, you know the scorpion dance right?! this dance is produced by Infinite from the song BTD (Before the dawn)!! and two more dance practices you should check out are their 1st First Win song BE Mine and Bad. MaMa2014 stage!! They got the best dance boy group award as well!! Infinite is the king of synchronisation. They danced smooth but still have the vibe of kinife-dance . this is even more difficult than when you dance hard. Woollim really produces dance synchronised boy group and its a tradition. Even their junior group Golden Child who have 10 members, still dance with the same angle while dancing separately. Highly recommend you react to their dark concept trilogy dance practice 1. KINGS!! I am so in love with their choreos. They are amazingly talented, their live vocals are no joke as well. For me, Infinite and Seventeen have a really unique style on their choreos and I really love it.

On Last Romeo dance practice, you can see one of them put one of his hand on the pocket. Thats is because he get the shoulder injury at that time. So he can't move his one hand. With those moments where you were wanting more movement, I'm satisfied with them when thinking about how they are also Kings of Live Vocals (they're a group who not only has choreography like that but also virtually never lipsyncs, so they need all the rest they can get to catch breath) and would often need to change/add choreography for special performances/circumstances (aka having more busy transitions would likely make it harder to adjust). Typically in those moments in performances the camera would focus on up-close shots of whoever is singing. My recommendations are...wait you haven't reacted to ANY Golden Child videos yet?!!?! You're gonna love this... ONE (LUCID DREAM), Wannabe, and Without You by Golden Child (if you react to 3 in one video, then go the opposite order I listed them!). They're going to have a comeback this month, so that choreography too when it comes out lol. They have 10 members so there's a lot of to talk about! My other recommendations are 1. A.C.E's Undercover (you'll go crazy for this), Goblin, and Savage 2. Nostalgia by Drippin (so clean) 3. Shangri-La by VIXX (incorporates props)

Woohyun is my bias in Infinite he is the one that usually sings the high notes in the song and I love his dancing

Infinite are not only the kigs of synchronization but the kings of live singing (with shinee) as well!! Infinite can REALLY sing and REALLY dance and a lot of kpop groups can do that but infinite know how to do it really well... i think that is part of the reason why they have chosen certain moves and breaks within their choreo. They still want to deliver good and live vocals will giving a visually stunning performance.

Last Romeo is my favorite choreo....I think it's just so different from other kpop choreos. And like you said, while it's not complex you are going to be able to tell if someone is off but they are perfect. Their lines are immaculate and the switching of levels and slides always keep your attention. I adore Infinite and I always enjoy everything they do. Also, Hoya the guy in the blue jean shirt in the last video is Hoya and he is probably one of the most well-known kpop dancers from the 2nd generation. He has some great dance practices and dance videos up on his youtube channel that I would recommend checking out!

Yasss Infinites choreos are used but newer generation's of kpop as a text book of dancing, because of their angular moves they popularized during their time! They really invented synchronized dancing in kpop!

I've been keeping to tell you react to Infinite, TeenTop and After School. I'm so happy that you finally reacted to one of them. You'll never regret the choice. Infinite is very unique in Kpop with their sound and choreos so you can always distinguish them among the others. I hope you'll continue to react to these groups more.
