My suggestion would be watch all of the full versions of the Boyz road to kingdom performance because the whole mama collab was based on the crown concept that they created while they were on road to kingdom. They also won that show. I feel like their road to kingdom performances especially showcase their talent, the hard work they put into their performances and how versatile they are. I also really would like to see you react to their dance practices. They have really great synchronization and their choreos are always amazing.

Stray Kids singing the victory song even before winning Kingdom Legendary war is a mood. Hahahaha

The concepts are similar to the Greek Gods and here are some theories to tie them in: The Boyz = ZEUS (King of the Gods. They are the winners of "Road to Kingdom" so they are the Kings. Very confident and elegant, knowing that they are in their "rightful" place and are ready to fight and protect the crown.). Stray Kids = ARES (God of War. Highly energetic Kings waging war vs the current holder of crown. They know they are powerful and very much ready to challenge for the crown using their strength.) ATEEZ = HADES. (God of the Underworld. Mozart's Lacrimosa even playing at start which is a hymn for the dead. The chains represent CERBERUS! :) Underworld Kings who clearly isn't going for the crown -just yet-and waiting to take it when the right time comes. Very clever just like Hades who is second only to Athena in terms of intelligence.) Props to the team who created these concepts! I am an ATINY but I really love this trio and looking forward to Kingdom. I hope all three fandoms enjoy and truly become DESTINY (DEobi, STay, atINY) at the end of it all. :)

Kingdom will be the death of me as a StayTiny. My two ult boy groups, my top three male ults(Chan, Hongjoong, Changbin). WTF is the world trying to do to me.

I love all three of these groups so much. I'm more excited for what they bring to the stage than having them compete.

I love these mama performances so much, in so hyped for kingdom, I just really hope there will be no fandom wars, I dont want us to turn against each other because were basically in a three way marriage with each other

So here is my theory: For me, after rewatching the tbz x Ateez x Skz stage I felt like each group were taking different approaches, for example, SKZ's approach was more about brute force, which got them the crown whereas, because tbz were the current kings, they showed grace, elegance and had an air of sovereignty surrounding them. However, Ateez's approach really intrigued me. They did not use either. They relied on their foresightedness, talent, and strategic thinking by sending San.

In case you did NOT know that Mnet did STRAY KIDS dirty : 1- They were not even nominated for any of the awards 2- They did not receive any Awards (not even the judges prizes that don't require voting) despite all of the records they broke this year 3- MAMA informed them they would be performing the last minute so they did not have enough time to prepare for the stage.. Oh thing I like about this performance with SKZ! Is that they dissed mama awards on it’s own show 😂 only stray kids would do that. The part where they dissed them is when Changbin yelled “ don’t you know who we are x2 “ Bc they wasn’t nominated or won any awards during the show if remember right but they invited to perform bc of mnet which same company that runs mama and kingdom ! This favorite performance by them at awards shows cuz I love the 300 theme of performance and song sounds more epic here then the actually normal song on the album. And I love that danced with all those props I give so much appreciation for them.

Ok what a year for K-pop male groups. Thanks because I had only seen parts of this performance. The 2020 Mama bar went higher and higher. The Boys, ATEEZ and Stray Kids all had good releases in 2020. To watch in Kingdom. Cravity and Treasure also had good rookie years. Strong dance out-fits and definitely popular groups. TXT got more and more imaginative in their second year... The biggest non-debut/career reboot was SM Entertainment and Capital Records.in Hollywood debut of SuperM in Oct 2019. Just over 12 months, the "Avengers of K-pop" are a bit hard to miss with a strong bunch of performance driven numbers. Vocals are strong, rappers on point and the choreography is insane (best examples are Jopping, 100 and the Tiger Inside). NCTU produced some good work this year particularly with Make a Wish (Birthday Song) and their rappers were a bunch of freestyling 'Misfits'. The biggest thing operationally in 2020 was the BigHit take-over of Pledis Entertainment. Established groups like Seventeen and (the not so new) Nu'est keeping their same Pledis Managers/producers but have access to BigHits facilities and Executive team for international promotion,.which is good because not only can these two groups sing, boy can they dance (and please react to Seventeen 24H dance practice if you do not believe me). Nu'est is the opening act for BigHit Labels big online NYE concert (so sign up for that one if your stuck inside for NYE), and you know they are playing Dynamite at midnight... Recent: Debut groups Enhypen a 7 member boy group (BigHit Labels Joint Venture with Korea's biggest CableTV/Multimedia company) BAE173 a 9 member boy group. Competed and runners-up on the KBS Immortal Songs contest (PDogg/BTS special) with their cover of BTS 2016 hit 'I need you'. Drippin a 7 member boy group from Woollim Entertainment (it is cute boys singing cute songs and acting cute aimed at cute girls kind of vibe. It has been done before, but there is a market for it). I have forgotten somebody...who have I forgotten.... BTS...had their 2020 world tour cancelled, but got on with 2 major album releases and 2 billboard number 1 singles with Dynamite and the re-release of Jason Derulo and Jawsh685 (Strange Love/Laxed Siren Beat). The first Korean group to receive a Grammy Nomination for best vocal performance Duo or Group (in a strong field with Justin Bieber and Quavo, J Balvin and Dua Lipa, Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift and Bon Iver. I have counted about 27 Grammys and 5 Latin Grammys between them)...so really this could be anyones game. 'Rain on me' by Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande might BTS biggest competition here, but do not count out Taylor Swift/Bon Iver or even Dua Lipa and J Balvin. BTS are also the 2020 Time Magazine Entertainer of the year. Apparently that is a thing and a huge accolade. Oh and Blackpink set the world on fire topping the Billboard 2020 Power list. I am sure I have missed some stuff, but I am sure 2021 will be even bigger year in Kpop.

I found Kingdom through The Boyz trying to find new dance video of the main dancers and found the rest of the groups through Kingdom. I left Kingdom an Atiny, but I love them all. I detested the competition part, but loved the show. Especially the collabs!

I do know that Sungiie mentioned in the comments to ignore anything to do with him as the guide was uploaded before the negative allegations were brought against him.

These 3 were epic performances. And skz is friends with both groups. I am like you new to The Boyz but I was told this is there 2nd kingdom battlebwere the won the last one. Their kingdom had a snake, Ateez had a wolf and not sur about stray kids it looked like a bird or Phoenix not sure. This battle will go into next year and I think more male kpop groups will be a part of the program as it progress. They have to preform about 4 songs I think and one of those will have to be current and prepared on the show. Or at least that is what was done previously kingdom or queendom battles.
