The one with the grey hair (you pointed her out her name is jeongyeon) had herniated disc during more and more after more & more she went on hiatus you may notice some of their recent dance practice has 8 members that is the reason why, as she was not actively promoting with the group (still participating in music video shootings)

I'm appreciating the genuine reaction. If you'd like to see some cute side of Twice I would like to recommend "What is Love". Twice's Cheer up, Ohh ahh, TT, Knock knock, Jelly Jelly, Signal, Likey, Heart Shaker, What is Love is all cuteness overload. For slightly "dark" with amazing choreography I'd recommend "Cry for me"

with twice, there are different choreographers who submit their take on the music and JYP main choreographer chose moves from different choreograhers then combined them. that how with Twice choreographies

As you probably saw from the other comments the one you pointed out, Jeongyeon, has had a herniated disc (a neck injury) throughout her twice career. More and more is when the injury really started effecting her but she still continued to promote. But becuase of the injury she has now asked us not to judge her from the more and more error because of this.
