What a lovely couple you are! Your DIY endeavours are very inspiring (I love all those shades of green!) and your enthusiasm is infectious and joyful. 52 years ago my husband and I were in exactly the same situation as you, Claire and Alex: decorating and fixing up our little house in Cambridge before our wedding, with no way of knowing what a long and wonderfully happy future we would share together. May you, too, be blessed with love, happiness, and success for many, many years to come. We are privileged to enjoy your dancing, albeit on a computer screen. You cannot know how greatly your online performances helped to lift the spirits of so many of us during a seemingly endless lockdown. I hope you will perform in Los Angeles one day so I can see you both dance in person. Claire, I am so impressed by your courage and determination to overcome your recent setback; you always showed us a brave, upbeat, smiling exterior. I am overjoyed that you will be back on the stage soon. I love your Big Swan!

We’ve been waiting to exchange on our first home since November and finally have a completion date for the end of April. I have been obsessing over Lick paint and can’t wait to get some samples ordered - I didn’t date do it until contracts were exchanged incase we tempted fate!
