Mikeneko (formerly Rushia) is already having it rough as is. Granted if you have seen recent news on her, part of it is her fault. You could see that she is also the kind of person that can't let go of things easily. But yes, whatever path to success she chooses now, I do hope she can find solace as well as integrity moving forward. There are still people that care about her, and I would be lying if I said I wasn't one of those people since I do sympathize with her to some degree.

People aren't necessarily all good or all bad. If it turns out one of your really good friends who's brought only good times and memories to you has been a prick to other people, it's way harder to do a full 180 on them than the internet would like you to believe.

I have no sympathy for her. She leaked company secrets. She sold engagement rings to fans and denied being in a relationship with Mafumafu, when in fact she was married and divorced. She discussed the issue with LeakKZfaqr streaming. She created an avatar that resembled Rushia and re-launched. She slandered her husband, even though she herself suffered from slander. She engaged in moral harassment of her husband. A friend of hers posted that she had attempted suicide, but she was discharged that day. She resumed streaming a few days later in good spirits. Rushia's fans are fanatical and coddle her no matter what happens to her, which I don't understand.

Most of this is also Covers fault why she is as broken as she is now, there were more ways to solve this then to ruin someones life like they did. It was toxic and unexcusable to fire a suicidal, manic depressed person who suffers from anxiety disorder + lots of physical issues by not only completely tarnish her reputation but also ruining her future too by putting lots of oil in the fire which caused her and her fanbase constant harassment from corposlaves and antis for over two years, they invited this toxicity towards her. And how people are excusing this is just wild. She also did multiple suicide attempts because of this (knowing what happened its a high possibility she did that or constantly harmed herself). Knowing her relationship with Marine and Coco when she was Rushia, it proves that things can work out with her. I dont want to sound pessimistic but unfortunately I think Noel and others abandoned her, not because they wanted to but that they have to, the only think that kept connections between them is their job but now her gen has to focus on that and wont have time for old friends due to the huge amount of work load.

@@lqfr8813 True, the firing itself is justified but not the way they executed it, Phase Connect is a golden example of how a termination statement should look like and the damage Cover did was way worse then the nonexistent „reputational damage” (their talents are the reason why Cover has one in the first place) Rushia allegedly did to them and knowing Mel got fired over one mistake, its hard for me to believe that it was only Rushias fault, that it turned out as it was, Cover definetly is at fault too as it from now happened twice already that their talents vent their problems to a third partie instead of the company or their genmates they had a relationsship with for years and it also happened twice Cover went for the obliteration route while those 2 were suffering badly at the time. It seemed as tho, that Cover had learned with the much better way they terminated Mel but Cover also needs to remember that it was the talents that made them who they are, not sponsors, not investors or anyone else, they should have learned from the CN drama not to be to dependant to the point it costs them their talent that helped for so many years. Cover flew to close to the sun and I hope they can stabilize themselfs before they ruin themselfs. Being public traided is definitely not a good beginning to that.

@@FantasiephilosophRaku i think theres another reason why Cover never mentioned in details what Mel's did wrong like what happened to Rushia's. while Rushia also contribute to hololive name, if they didnt cut off rushia like that, the drama would be more dangerous to cover corp as a company. thats how company works in general, like it or not. . if you didnt know, Mel actually has a problem with her own manager in past that harassed her. its part of Cover's mismanagement but they have changed managers

@@HikarinChannel Also mikeneko is such an easy target to smear that there would always be a bandwagon to attack her regardless of what the truth was. She's done a lot of bad things but a lot of the stuff pinned on her especially by her ex and the dramatubers were fishy and unproven at best. They just decided to do a demolition job on her because there's definitely a lot of beef behind the scenes and it happened just when she was going to be a pro VA too.

Its likely because of all the shit that happened to Mikeneko thats why they gotta remove. They didnt have a problem with her leaving the plushie there for the last 1 and half year after her departure but only this year when the scandal about Mikeneko blew up with her ex. The biggest one effecting Hololive i think is that one of the "friends" whom she vented to basically leaked messages from when she was still working in Hololive that showed her gossiping about other Holomems. She didnt specifically say who but she made it clear it was other girls in the company. Basically it became hard to associate with her for the safety of the Holomems. Had the shit with her ex not happen, I think they would still have kept her plushie around.
