Rachel dares to discover the Cebu dancing prisoners and meet them for a personal dance lesson after the show. This August 2010 performance features new routines taught personally by Michael Jackson's choreographer, Travis Payne.

A comment was made about rewarding them with fame. I believe the hard work of learning dance steps learning team work learning not to fight learning to trust the men around you all rewards all the hard work all these men have shared and no one has any right to take this program away. More places should put this program in place.

CBCRP Inmates should have their own KZfaq Channel and all dancing inmates should get compensated through the earnings by putting the money in a trust for each one. Money they can use to start a new life once they serve their sentence.👍

@Joseph S if you have seen the faces of the inmates jamming with tourist/visitors they have a very smiling faces meaning they are enjoying inside and at least we let them feel that despite of the fact that they prisoners we showed to them they are special to people outside...there is no price for happiness.

I'm sorry...""Jammin with the jailbirds" may have seemed cute when you subtitled it, but in actuality it came across very disrespectful. I realize you posted this 9 years ago and probably have grown up since then, so I will give you the benefit of the doubt. I thought the whole thing was about these inmates improving their outlook and giving society some hope in this world where for a lot of people there is none. I do thank you for posting and wish the best. ✌🏼

Wow...the inmate dancing next to the lady in the white dress looks like the spitting image of my ex Filipino boyfriend Jomar....He was in a relationship with me back here in the UK 7 years ago...he is back in the Philippines with his new Filipino girlfriend...he taught me how to say:..."MAHAL KITA"....🤣

Mr. Mark Bevans I can understand why you think that way and I will feel the same way if I am not from that country....In Filipino culture if a person cannot sing he/she definitely can dance....It is part of the culture. And here in the US innovation/creativity is one value that is highly considered as an advantage. It is a value that a competitor envies.

"Look, some are murderers." BS!!! It's not about who's the craziest. It's about letting fall the barriers! Look, some have a petty crime charge, some it's theft, robbery... Think this way, your first lie was in the sandbox... Then I send you away forever.

Fantastic idea. Superb slick dancing. BUT! I'm afraid I think that lady is more than a daft wearing a dress like that and then going into the throngs of locked up men. What was she thinking?? It's flirty, backless, short, flimsy.... and unfair.
