@aaron gore your correct it’s a bible referance, but it’s referencing the 10 deadly plagues of Egypt, one if which was the water of the Nile would turn to blood, not wine. And @happy feet this is also one of the plagues, but this was pestilence of the livestock. The name the exodus comes from the book of exodus, and the story is somewhat illustrated throughout the level. Exodus is primarily Moses, and how the Israelites where lead out of Egypt, as they where enslaved my the Egyptians. At the end of the level, when everything becomes grassy, this is referencing the promised land. It’s exact location is unknown, but is thought to be somewhere in modern Israel.

Fun fact, the devs used the bible as reference for this whole level. bWhahahaha, this happened in egypt, that lake thay was turned to blood, many living things dying in the place, that thing being pulled down by horses and the split sea, then the split sea coming back down again after you get to cross it, adn the ending where you get to the promised land by the god. The bible was used for this lol

It’s not muss, but Moses.the level is a bible reference, and like the name, is deriving from the book of exodus, the second book of the Bible that deals with the Israelites freeing from slavery by the Egyptians, the deadly plagues of Egypt,(Nile river to blood, pestilence of the livestock, and meteors referenced in the level) and the parting of the sea is located in the Bible, EX 14: 1-31. The grassy ending is referencing the promised land, the place that god had promised the Israelites after they where freed from slavery.

Best level ever!!!! So majestic and beutiful!!!! I love how it's telling the story of Moses. When he says let my people go and they say no and the river turns to blood and the cattle fall dead to get them to obey Moses. My favorite Dancing Line level!!!!

There was blood throughout all the land of Egypt. 22 But the magicians of Egypt did the same by their secret arts. So Pharaoh's heart remained hardened, and he would not listen to them, as the Lord had said. 23 Pharaoh turned and went into his house, and he did not take even this to heart. 24 And all the Egyptians dug along the Nile for water to drink, for they could not drink the water of the Nile. 25 Seven full days passed after the Lord had struck the Nile. -Exodus 7:14-25

@@Sal_The_Alicorn_Blader9don’t feel bad because in the Bible the reason why the horses died is because they are part of the pharaoh which is the bad person in that one story in the Bible called “the Ten Commandments” the beginning of the Ten Commandments was “the 10 plagues” which is the punishment for the pharaoh because he would not release the slaves

Fun fact:This Level takes inspiration from Egypt Mythology/Other Mythology idk Moses AKA The Line We Control:Goal is to free the slaves but in the beginning we just were another one in line for the throne Now Later We Have Abilites like Walking in Water and Making the Blood Sea In The End Moses Line Did it He Saved The Slaves and Livestock Edit:It’s from the Bible

OK, I like the level, mostly thee music ( OMG what a long level, it must be laggy too) but I have two things to say: 1. The graphics are just too bad. Looks more like a fanmade level than an original one. The Ocean's graphics are WAY better. 2. Some parts looks like The Legend of Assassin whereas the desert part looks like Minecraft. Just my thought tho. Edit: wow that was the longest comment I've ever typed!😅

I really like this level, because it was the first level based on a real event in the Bible, for example the ten disasters of Egypt and the exodus of israelites. But one thing really bother me is there are no falling meteors in the ten disasters of Egypt.

This is one of the plagues that is mentioned in the BIBLE. The first plague. Where Moses raised his staff in crashed it to the water, therefore God making the water blood. EDIT: However, some plagues may not be mentioned in the BIBLE, like meteors crashing in Egypt. I don't remember reading that.

It is Moses, the whole level is a Bible referance. The 10 deadly plagues of Egypt, the freeing of the Israelites to the promised land, the parting of the Red Sea, (EX 14: 1-31)and many others. The reasoning for using the Bible as a reference and not the Quran is too many of the details are closer to the Bible or not even mentioned in the Quran. Many of the stories of the Bible have at least SOME historical backing, EA, many other ancient sources not including the Bible, unlike the Quran, which over the years has had accusations of sheer plagerisum, or complete lies within it. Which is unfortunate, especially considering if they are true, we will not be left with one less ancient source.
