Happy Friday! Here’s an item that’s just as much of a DanDee classic as the running chicken I recently posted. It was one of DanDee’s first big sellers, and even had its own commercial lol

I didn’t think twice about buying this when I found it at a vendor mall for $4 on March 24th. It’s in absolutely pristine condition, and even came with its original demo batteries installed and still (kinda) working! I was surprised with how high quality this guy is, not that classic DanDee ever had problems with that. Just look at that shirt… imagine something like this being produced today 😂

Surprisingly high quality audio for that age. They surely have split the song into segments for repeating, saving on memory. They have done an excellent job at that.

Nice piece. Very high quality, now 28 years old, and of course it was also made during the "Macarena Craze of the 90s"... Considering how plentiful amounts of duplicates are being sold on e-commerce sites (usually never less than 4), I've been hesitant to buy one to put in my vintage pre-2002 Dan Dee collection, even though I frankly kinda like it. Dan Dee made a blue toucan as well with the same recording (and perhaps the same board and IC) though there's a chance you may already know that. Lol

Man, hard to believe it’s been on this planet for almost 30 years already… Seeing how common these bears are, I wouldn’t be surprised if you find one of these locally for cheap someday. But, I do actually have this one on eBay for $20 right now if you’re interested 😂 Also, the toucan you mentioned rings a bell, and I wanna say I’ve seen it on eBay before, but I can’t picture exactly what it looks like anymore. Very interesting nonetheless, I wonder if it uses the same board…

Not exactly the same audio, This has the same audio repeated 3 times with a intro, The macarena gorillas however only repeat the audio 3 times with no intro, There does however exist some magogos with an intro though.

Really lol? It is pretty cool, and they’re fairly common so I wouldn’t be surprised if you find one locally for cheap someday. And yes I did! I just can’t send you the Amazon link because YT will delete the comment lol. I found it by searching “110 in 1 Phone Repair Kit”; it’s the one in the orange case that costs $18.
