Yoon Se ah said in 2:14 that during her birthday she got a phone call from ByeongCheol wishing her birthday and SeAh asked him "oppa sing me birthday song" and to her surprise without even one second delay, ByeongCheol straight up sang birthday song for her. 근데 김병철 배우님 인터뷰하신거 보니까 두분 그냥 좋은친구라고 하시더라구요ㅠㅎㅎ 해투에서도 윤세아 배우님이랑 커플 아니냐는 이야기가 나갔는데 다른 이야기는 빼고 그것만 나가서 커플설이 너무 커졌고 방송의 힘이 대단하구나 느끼셨다고...

I was surprised to learn that at the end of the drama their characters actually love each other for real.. I thought he married her to gain power because of her congressman father, and I thought she married him to be a good daughter..

He DID marry her for power and she DID comply to be a good daughter but somewhere along their marriage they actually started caring for each other but didn't realize it until they were at the brink of losing each other. But that's just my theory

@@ishita7320 Yes maybe you're right, I just read somewhere that out of her fathers' picks he's the only one that didn't belittle her when she wanted to get a doctorate and that's why she married him.. Maybe the actor and actress is shipped a lot because they're really close and both are single, but I also think their characters would be the most compatible out of all couples if only he'd been a little more decent just like in the finale haha..

I think most of the parents in this series (excluding the hwang family and jinjin) didn't marry out of love but for power and other motives, but they end up loving each other for real along the way even though they didn't realize it.
