The presenter is not a journalist, but a lawyer by education, who likes to ask uncomfortable and provocative questions. It was not a display of rudeness or disrespect, but an attempt to get to the core of everything, to get under the "mask for journalists".
They talked about the goals of Daneliya and her parents in music;
how decisions are made;
about family relationships and parenting;
how Daneliya sees herself in the future.

Much appreciation for the English sub titles. Was a great insight to the importance of family in Daneliya's life and the mother and daughter relationship. Daneliya has much talent but also intelligence as well as empathy for others.

Another great interview! The host is probing his guests in a friendly and playful way which allows us to hear and feel so much more than in some interviews, where they only ask superficial and hasty questions between an advertisement and the next "act". One thing to learn: to take our time with things makes all we do last longer and go deeper... Thank you, Daneliya and your mother, for allowing us this glimpse into your life!

Absolutely incredible...D's mom is very pretty, and you can see the solid connection between them. It's obvious they have a very solid family, very supportive of each other. I thoroughly enjoy these insights into their lives behind the scenes. I get the impression from her that kids today are far more intelligent and have a more developed social awareness of their surroundings and how they fit in. I get the same feeling from Angelina Jordan...I do believe that they are more evolved than previous generations. They are not just trained 'mimic' singers...they are capable of conveying SO much emotion in their performances, they are very, very gifted human beings.

What a great interview, showing the lovely relationship between Elena and Daneliya. I loved what they said about Doctors too as I am one !!🙂. It portrays what an intelligent smart girl Daneliya is and the supportive relationship she has with all her family. Thanks for posting it and particularly for translating it into English as my command of Russian although improving has a long way to go. .

I love the interactions between Daneliya and her Mom. The interviewer is trying to ask provocative questions to get past the normal statement prepared for the media and does a pretty good job at this (He is a lawyer). For example, at 8:20, he says there are 'Talented' people and 'Professional' people, and asks Daneliya which one is she. He sets up a false dichotomy and Daneliya being so young falls for it and says she is "still Talented", meaning she is not a professional yet. Her mom laughs because she knows it was a trap to make the artist say something boastful. This upsets Daneliya because 1. She wants to please her Mom and 2. She is a perfectionist and wants to answer every question perfectly. After this interaction with Mom, she continues by answering the question, "I am not talented at all, I'm just plain" and gives her mom a look (8:46-8:48) to say "Is that better? and then a big sigh and she continues.

I think Dani was trying to get across that she is just a normal girl that is talented but also works at her craft but that she knows she is not "professional" in that the fame has not gone to her head. Which I agree is the false dichotomy the interview was attempting to set up. For an eleven year old, she answered that way better than most, especially here in the US would have answered it. I have been thoroughly impressed at this interview of her at 11. It's why, even when she didn't win AGT, she's still working on her craft and it didn't slow her down. She is safe and grounded with her family. It's also even more awesome when you have an amazing music teacher that has your best interest at heart as well. Mom and Music Teacher to protect her is why you don't see her all over social media doing things that other 15 year olds do. Same with Angelina Jordan and the extended family she has around her.

She is such a grounded kid full of wisdom, not just intelligence. She is perceptive. She understands the concept of duty that most kids these days lack. Her wisdom and perceptiveness is what attaches her to the songs. I also love that she understands she can be talented but still needed to learn and train her voice. That she IS still a child and ALLOWED to STILL be a child. Talented kids often get short changed by parents that want to milk their talent for money. It's great to see that her mom and dad love her as their child and not as a method of making money. It's also nice to see that Dani is being raised in a way that she will have a healthy marriage in the future instead of how most girls are raised these days that a marriage is all about making the wife happy and the husband miserable.

The reality, is that Alena works very much and very intelligent. For this interview, to act like Alana doesn't work, is totally uncool. Just try keeping a home with 3 kids, a husband, and a smooth family home functioning properly, and see how demanding a difficult it is!!! Alena works, and works very much, like 7 days a week, and she does this SUPURBLY and intelligent. Grrreat going Alena!!! You are a SUPER STAR with EXCELLENT PHILOSOPHIES. You should compare 10 yr old Roberta singing Shallow from agt then Denelyias Tuleshovas version of Shallow from I think she sang in her country. U can really tell the experience and control that Danelyia has next to her. Theyreboth great I see see way more control as far as Danelyias concerned. I just thinks she"s going to be huge here. If she doesn't win somethin is wrong with AGT.

Признаюсь смотрел это интервью на одном дыхании,забыв обо всем!И не один раз!Только сейчас осмыслил и до меня "дошло"так я же ЧАЙНИК (был) и наверно без "крышки"!! Чувствую себя сконфуженным и немного "тормозом", (:-)) Раньше думал: "Задают вопросы "забодайки", и достают дитятю...Я даже не мог себе представить как Данэлия головокружительно устремится ВПЕРЕД,это не "американские горки"а реальный космический корабль выходящий на орбиту нашей планеты Земля!Затаив дыхание наблюдаю:"А что будет дальше?!!..Нас ожидает грандиозное и невероятное,ТРИУМФ нашего юного очарования (вот же "ошалеем"от радости вместе с Данэлей)!!!..Меня чуть "кондратий не хапонул"когда Даня вышла в полуфинал AGT аж сердце от восхищения "шарахнулось"и сорвался дед выплясывать польку-"бабочку"вприсядку выделывая "копытами кренделя"пока не "отвалились"(:-D))!!!...

Can't wait for the pandemic to end so Daneliya can come to Kansas City, USA and give a concert. My family will sit in the front section and your welcome to come to our house for dessert and play with our three beagles. But, in all seriousness I agree with Kristian; avoid Diva...ish behavior...they are a dime a dozen and stuck on themselves and everyone loses interest in them. Stay simple, stay humble, Honor God daily and He will bring every one of your dreams to fruition....you are a blessing to children and adults alike. I am waiting for your first CD to come out on Amazon...God Bless you!

Seems the interviewer was crude, and asking questions that was on the rough side. Daneliya and Alena deserve to be interviewed with more of a positive discussion. Some of the questions were okay, yet he asked in an uncomfortable way...and a lot of comments and questions were not cool... almost irritating and even condescending. Both Daneliya and Alena are GREAT people, and only deserve positive questions, even if some questions are deeper questions. In this interview, Daneliya and Alena were open to answering the questions, yet, at times it seemed they were not pleased with the interviewer and I was not pleased with him. Daneliya and Alena were supurb (great), and get an A+, while the interviewer gets a C- (C-minus) grade. Next interviews, I'd pick much more pleasant and cool interviewers. Daneliya and Alena are too great for this type of crude interviews🎶🌻🙋♀️
