The major issue here is that in the beginning; even when Elizabeth wanted nothing to do with her son...she was for some reason given 50/50 custody.

That's what I'm saying. I think it's the sexist idea that women are naturally motherly and need to be with their child. But she didn't want the baby when she found out she was pregnant but he forced her. Everyone was apparently aware of how unstable she is...yet she still had custody? I wonder why they couldn't come to an agreement if the father was the only one that apparently wanted the child.

The Family Courts are near 100% "woke" institutions. Men, ... fathers get custody in my jurisdiction in only 7 out of 100 contested custody cases. I made a sad joke to my lawyer that a woman could ride into court naked on a Harley with a needle sticking out of her arm, and she will still win.
@froggy20362
@froggy20362 3 жыл бұрын
@@boxwoodgreen Lol do you honestly think pushing women as natural mothers and nurturers is "woke"?? Because that's the root of it, not some random pointless discrimination against men (especially considering most judges are men.)
@boxwoodgreen
@boxwoodgreen 3 жыл бұрын
@@froggy20362 I never said that. I said the court systems are stacked against men/fathers. I don't know anything about your jurisdiction, but I never saw a male judge in my term winning custody of my kids. Women currently outnumber men 2-1 in law schools. I'm one of those seven percent of men who won, even with the whole system stacked against me. If women are "natural mothers, and nurturers" ... why have 60 million babies been killed in the womb since Roe Vs Wade ? With the women in charge ?
@froggy20362
@froggy20362 3 жыл бұрын
@@boxwoodgreen I literally said they weren’t idiot. I said it’s not progressive to think that way and getting rid of it is the only way to actually attack the root of the custody thing you seem to hate so much. Also just because women outnumber men in law school doesn’t change the fact that women only make up 27% of judges. Maybe if you could look past your clear bitterness towards women for five seconds you’d realize the actual reason this is happening. It’s not because people randomly hate fathers.

Danelle- I am hoping you see this. An acquaintance of mine passed away last week. She had spent the last 9 years desperately searching for her brother who disappeared in 2010 under very mysterious circumstances. He was only 24 years old when he disappeared. She was only 28 when she passed from depression in connection to the disappearance of her brother. I thought it might be a great way to honor her memory. She dedicated her life to finding out what happened to her brother. Perhaps you could help to continue to get the word out about her brother and bring him justice? His name is Shane Donahue and he went missing from Northern Virginia. Please like so Danelle will see ❤️

I think you should let any of people on KZfaq that do these type video know. Spread the word to all. Maybe we can bring him home no matter what the circumstances are. Have you heard of Mr.Davis on here? He does a lot of missing persons case and cold cases. Do you have anymore information about his disappearance? Can you get pictures? I'm thinking of looking into cases like these, a passion of mine. So heart breaking to think of all these families who are heartbroken and worrying about their family or friends that are out there somewhere even if it's not a good outcome. I'm open ears if you ever need to talk, it's hard to be in your spot and sometimes you don't know what to do or who to talk to. I've had it rough the the past 2 year. My mom passed the night before my birthday in November 2017, then my aunt passed away on Christmas 2018 due to a house fire. Then about a month ago my brothers fiancé shot herself. My last seems to filled with tragic events so in return maybe I can help someone else and make my life seem a little brighter. Much love, many prayers, and my best to you.

Anna Tapperson Right? The court system is a joke! My kids dad tried to kill me when I was pregnant. Was in the hospital, told I had a miscarriage & the police did NOTHING because his dad was friends with most of them. Come to find out 3 months later I did NOT lose my child. So he kills my child on paper, I have documents & evidence out the ass & they were STILL going to give him supervised visitation which would’ve eventually turned into unsupervised. The judge risked her job & told me to leave before paternity was proven because it was obvious he wanted nothing to do with my child. During this time I found out that in Arkansas they have a law where a rapist is given rights to a child born from that rape 🤬 it’s sickening!

I know a girl that sold her baby for $30,000 in the U.S. nineteen years ago. She even sold her son through a legal adoption agency! When her son became 18 he found her. There is no paperwork showing money was exchanged for him. He started living with his birth mom, as she gave him a sob story about how she was so upset about having to give him up. My parents had actually wanted to adopt the boy when he was born but the mom wanted money. My parents refused and the son was sold.

I believe she had him illegally adopted. The phone call in which she stated she had killed Gabriel, took place before a woman babysat him in a hotel and they were seen at six flags. Also, she wouldn’t have gotten a $20,000 ring if she’d killed him. She sold her baby. She either didn’t care who bought him, or she is so sociopathic she wants to continue to inflict pain on others (particularly Logan) by keeping quiet.

Yup it's disgusting. i'd also be willing to bet a lot of money she had post partem depression. My step mom had it and it's no joke. Hers and my dad's relationship turned into nothing but fighting (turning physical sometimes even) with her always accusing him of cheating, or loving me (a kid from a previous relationship aka a reminder he'd been with other women) more than her or my siblings, or even accusing him of still being in love with my mom, and this is just the short version lol. She never went this far thankfully but everything Elizabeth did before he disappeared and how she talked reminded me 100% of my step mom. All I know is Elizabeth needed therapy not 50% custody and Gabriel needed his dad :(. I just hope he's still out there happy and healthy and maybe one day when he's older he'll realize who he is and get back in contact with his dad

Yup. In this video all I can think of is “why doesn’t she just let the dad have him?” and with Casey Anthony I don’t understand why she didn’t just let her parents take custody of Caylee. In both cases it’s because they care more about themselves and been spiteful than they do about the kid.

I think she sold him - a healthy Caucasian blond/blue eye boy is highly sought after in LEGAL adoption markets. In illegal adoption markets I can only imagine he’d be verrryyy valuable, as sick as that sounds. I was adopted at birth myself and from what my parents have told me, the process is so intense and expensive, and the agency (at least in the 90s) interrogates and cross-examines potential adopters so harshly that my parents literally began to question whether they were good enough people to have a child. And they’re amazing parents! I can completely imagine someone not passing the legal adoption process but still being desperate to adopt a baby, and having the funds to do so (even legal adoptions are upwards of $20k) and just making risky and stupid decisions to get what they want.
@EmandEms

Exactly, he was most likely adopted and one can only hope that he is okay and with a descent family that does care about him like so many adoptive or foster parents are. But, if a family went through the trouble of doing this kind of adoption maybe they aren’t, who’s to say except for Gabriel or whatever his new name is. Hopefully one day he does see his father and can have some sort of relationship like so many adopted kids do.

And when she ran away, it wasn't to somewhere safe and familiar....it was to San Antonio Texas. And that just HAPPENS to be the hot spot for illegal adoptions. She went to Six Flags with her 1 yr old son....(she had no reason to be here). I think she handed him off to another family and "went to start her new life alone) like she said. And her narcissistic and cruel mind thought to hurt Logan in the cruelest and most painful way by telling him that Gabriel WAS dead...in a dumpster....when she knew all along that he was with another family. She lied about flying out of the country. Whose to say she's not lying about this?

Something similar happened with us! My husbands ex wife ran across country with his baby. It took 4 years thousands and thousands of dollars and amber alerts to have a family member reach out and tell us they were in a homeless shelter in Arizona. Someone always knows something!!

Rachael Stewart that’s what I’m saying! I don’t know how the law was broke down to the jury. I know sometimes what they are given can be extremely twisted. It seems pretty cut & dry that she kidnapped him due to the fact Logan had custody as well & now he never gets to see his son again because of her. It’s nerve wracking & makes my blood boil to know the pain that he is enduring & having no support from the courts. She did what she wanted & got exactly what she wanted without any real repercussions. It’s sick!

Are you telling me that a judge gave her 50% custody even though he knew she didn’t want her baby.. what in the hell 🤨
@skylermay2855

In Michigan even if the mom doesn't want custody they make them have it , like I know a girl who wanted to give full custody to her mom and the dad wasn't involved at all but the court would only grant 50/50 with the mom ... It's because they want to keep making money from child support 🙄 it's so dumb

It's difficult learning you are adopted period, but learning you were adopted ILLEGALLY and your father has been out there looking for you your entire life is a whole other story. I can't even imagine!

She had to have traded him for that ring. I only pray that the people who "adopted" him are treating him well, and that he's not been since 'rehomed' or sold into prostitution or anything else. The sad truth is that he could be literally ANYWHERE, especially with the lack of documentation. This is super scary and horrifying.

To the family of Gabriel: Dont lose hope. There were cases, when abducted children came back home. Yes, the years that went by are forever lost, but someday someone , or even Gabriel himself, will find out and finally will bring the last piece to this broken puzzle. Keep spreading this case. It's always the key

I live in San Angelo, Texas..... I have never heard of this case. Saying that “of course they know they have this boy because it was highly publicized” is taking a leap. I, personally am very bad with faces so I could have seen this boy everyday and not know who he is.

Hey there Danelle! I just started watching your CHANNEL last week and the heart, time, and EFFORTS you bring in sharing these cases is truly a hour of my time I take with true dedication. Tonight really made me see how much you care, to hear you talk about your children with so much love. I have,no idea how Elizabeth could carry that precious gift, labor, and not have one ounce of mother in Her. Logan I'm so very very sorry you didn't and haven't been able to be WITH your son. It breaks my heart to know Gabriel has such a great dad and FAMILY. But one thing I do know is that your son will find you, He will find out the truth as THEY always do. It may not be on our time, but GOD'S time He will know you. My prayers are with you and family, Danelle thank you for being an advocate to all those who fall victim to such senseless and heartless people. Looking forward to watching your next case. God Bless.

Chubby Wife thank you so much 💙 I have stage 4 endometriosis (tmi, I’m sorry!) but the only reason I was able to have him is because of 9 rounds of chemotherapy that almost took my life so I feel very very blessed. I panic when he’s standing on his own and I’m terrified anything will happen to him so this just blows me away. I truly hope he’s safe and loved 😭 It definitely makes me hold him tighter

I get extremely happy and content when my husband shows affection to our kids, I can't imagine feeling jealous of that love, it's a totally different kind of love. Also, courts are extremely biased against fathers, my mother is extremely mentally ill, she's been institutionalized 3 times, she was found walking barefoot in the snow because she was trying to feel the earth, she thinks her dog can sniff Nazi DNA, she has religious delusions, she's got a laundry list of diagnoses and meds etc. A court still gave her unsupervised visits with my youngest brother. My dad has tried to get full custody several times, he had her on tape assaulting him at a bank where he was and she showed up and the judge said my dad should have ran away faster and denied his request.

As a person born and raised in San Antonio, I can attest to the likelihood of anyone finding a baby's body in the landfill to be almost 0%. San Antonio is the 7th largest city in the US... The landfill is larger than most people probably imagine (unfortunately). Very sad situation.
