Im at odds with my life being 43, sometimes I don't have the will to live. The only thing giving hope is getting up working out. That shit fuels my day. I wish I had more friends like Nick to flame the fire 🔥🔥🔥 inside of me.

I am a little bit older than you and I can totally relate to how you feel. I don't know you, I've never met you but I somehow feel we have a connection. bodybuilding is a way of life, a life that has kept me happy for all of my life and I will continue bodybuilding until the day I die. I used to let my back injury stop me from thinking I could improve. At 36 I decided enough is enough because I'm in pain regardless of what I do or don't do, so I now prefer to be in pain whilst getting stronger. I'm only a couple months in and I'm seeing small results but results nonetheless. My body fat is going down, my confidence is slowly getting back up and I'm going to defeat my demons. Thank you for the motivation. I won't let those fuckers win

Currently I'm 22 years old , i've been working out for 4 years and currently I'm a student as well as a gym trainer..(Even i never imagined i could gone this far where i become trainer) i started workout because of my skinny structure of body now i've built good one.... And kinda i get addicted to bodybuilding which lead me sometimes in worry for myself where i avoid necessary work or study only to work out .. It's an addiction for me or it's normal for this age... HOPE you reply it would guide me .. Thank you .
