After committing an m*rder in torquay two brothers, ben Milton and jack Milton turned on each other after the realisation that they were not going to get away with it
On 17th September 2023 19 year old ben Milton and 34 year old Aaron parrington arranged ton have a scrap in torquay town centre at the local carpark after ben was accused of r*bbing a bag.
At the meeting point ben did not show up. So Aaron parrington called ben and explained he was going over to his house and they were going to scrap.
Aaron went to ellacombe church road and began to boot the front door. Ben Milton and his brother jack Milton armed themselves with kitchen blades and a wooden curtain pole. After exiting their home the swarmed Aaron and ambushed him, st*bbing Aaron multiple times and then leaving him in the street. Aaron was pronounced dead at the scene.
The two brothers were arrested. Ben and jack turned don each other saying the other brother went crazy and st*bbed Aaron.
However both brothers were found guilty of manslaughter and jailed for 14 and 15 years
