If the windshield has certain types of anti-UV/anti-rain coatings on it or is just dusty, the stickers will not stick well, regardless of how the stickers are made.

Keep up the great work guys! Funny how pissed off people get when confronted with the law. The last time I was in Moscow I saw people parking on sidewalks and places not for cars all the time. By the way might I suggest pepper-spray. "A death certificate" what? Usually you get those after you die? All these people know they are parking on the sidewalk

Over the past year I have seen more and more violators being able to just remove the sticker in one go. Have they treated they windshield with some special chemical/wax/polish or what? Or have you gotten a batch with bad adhesive/glue?

The stickers the guys in moskau use have not been sticking well for at least a year. I wish they used stickers that were as good as the guys in St. Petersburg, they rip into nice little shreds and stick like hell.

Imagine doing this in Europe or America (and yes i know that western Russia is part of Europe), going on a sidewalk and just take someone for a ride. When cops come, you'll be in handcuffs and with a huge fine if not revoked license for sure.
