Governor Babajide Sanwo-olu has enjoined the private sector and other well meaning citizens to see relieving the pains of Nigerians as a joint responsibility with government.
Mr Governor made this call when the Chairman of Aliko Dangote donated 80,000 bags of rice to Lagos residents.
