Pasties fall off, bralettes are too tight/uncomfortable. So I just wear a pull over or a jacket I refuse to wear a bra of any sort lol

There are some bralettes that are really comfortable and aren't tight at all, you'll just have to experiment and see which one you like best. I love halter neck bralettes, they aren't tight either. Nice that they cover and offer a little support but doesn't feel like you are wearing anything

Not sports bras but just the stretch bras that are almost like a tiny crop top. They are smooth across the board and I wear one 24/7 now. They're not constricting

They have backless bras that are like a bigger pastie. Try that love!

The brand sloggi has really nice and seamless bras that feel like just a shirt and are very soft and comfy. They are bit expensive but its the only bra that i genuinely dont feel and its so thin you cant see it. Its called "zero feel top"

Target bralettes are the most comfortable kind of bralette I've worn so far- and they're only from 15-20$ so if that works for u I definitely recommend it

I found some sports bras at Walmart that are really comfortable, one of them is like Satin material, they come with cups. However they do fall off when you wash them so I lost them. I’ll wear that bralette over a regular bra and I think it helps smooth things out. Tl;Dr: maybe try out a comfy sports bra over the regular bra?

The tightness thing? If you're on the smaller side of things, you can get away with UPSIZING band sizes. I'm an itty bitty titty girly, if I tape measure myself, I'm a 30, but even all the 32 A bras have TOO TIGHT bands that are supposed to loosen "eventually" to fit you better. Fuck that. Am I supposed to wait six months until the elastic relaxes when I'm paying for it NOW? NO. Don't hesitate to try on the larger band options even if the shop assistants give you your supposed exact size. Get whatever band size doesn't pinch your skin. I wear 34 As now and it's far more comfortable because it just feels like an extra layer without restriction. I don't need the support anyway, I just want my nipples covered!
