i dont know how this specifically is done but i bought and immensely enjoyed some of his videos. The tricks are done essentially by forces and spectator control. The spectators choice of stoping isnt random, its set up before by danny, by manipulating the rhythm and pace via touching, voice etc. Its just incredible stuff, knowing how he does it, in my opinion makes it even more amazing.
