Yes a strange list Amanda has losses. He said he reserves the top two for not having any losses but it's only five people on the list. And he made an integrated list of male and females. As good as Amanda is she couldn't be any of the men on the top 100 fighters list. For example Amanda couldn't be John Jones and he's not even on the damn list.

@@Danfromthenorth84 flukes like the serra thing happen to the best, and he avenged it with a vengeance and beat serra down, and if you go by score with how fights were being scored, he beat hendrix. Sure GSPs face was beat up, but he did what he needed to to win the war. Plus, scoring by rounds, they both had 2 clear rounds they won anyway, so it was basically just decided on a round. Casuals going around acting like Hendricks dominated GSP is laughable.

The Hall of Fame especially MLB is a very prestigious thing so I can see politically why you wouldn’t want a person with steroid problems in there. But for a personal top 5 list I think it’s a little different. With what Jones has done in the sport I’m willing to still have him in my top 5 even with his tainted past.

call it salt but its very consistent, he didn't put silva there either because he also popped, and if you actually listened he calls him an all time great but he doesnt have to put ped users in his own list if he doesnt want to. See you people need to understand what a subjective "greatest fighter list" is he can disqualify anyone he wants with his subjective thoughts just like people will disqualify khabib for not having enough title defenses despite his accomplishments.

Rocky M. fought guys bigger than himself -- he had a chin, Heart, hit hard and hit longer. Flyod is certainly great. Mike T. made a good point, great isn't fearing the people, it's when you're loved by the people. Mike says Floyd needs body guards to take his kids to school.

@@Colby_0-3_IRL_and_title_fights great isn't the record, it's who the fighter is, how the fighter fights, and who they fight and what adversity they've overcome in the fight. Flyod is the best defensive fighter, not the greatest of all time.

@@kingwild772 khabib is an amazing fighter but do you think he could have been as dominating in the WW division. GSP and Khabib are almost identical in size and walkaround weight. So that being said Khabib's stats at LW can not be compared with GSP.'s at WW. UFC 'S WW division is a tidal wave of wrestlers and grapplers that can hit harder than LW. It is not a fair comparison. There is more padding to Khabib's record than GSP

It's hard to have a list of only 5 . Boxing has a history of 100 years+ ....so boxers will capture the whole list. And there is 30 years of MMA history. So it's unfair to have a ccommon list.

I like his logic of reserving the top two spots for only undefeated fighters and i can definitely see how people make a case for Rocky Marciano but at the end of the day it is just one man's list and personal choice is a thing.

DC's list is obviously crazy, but he openly states why he doesn't ever put Anderson or Jones up there, and it's fair if that's part of his criteria for GOAT (esp since he admits Jones would be "up there" on the list if not for failed tests)

Khabib's great highlights: 1. First 13 fights against complete cans with 0-2 records 2. Never fought a great wrestler like Arman or Guram or Demir or Gamrot or anybody. 3. Made a career out of fighting strikers. 4. Only 3 title defenses lol 5. Terrible striker, decision machine. Love DC but Khabib is not even Top 5 MMA fighters of all time lol If we talk about "could've" then we say Jones would be the GOAT if he fought without steroids.

Ali has no idea on wrestling or submissions so mma fighters of today have an edge. But the list is about best fighters, which is also why Amanda is there above so many male fighters

Khabib was a natural 170 pounder and wasn’t willing to compete there. So he’s not on the list. Everyone else on the list fought at weights where they didn’t need to cut 40 pounds to fight much smaller men.

@@kingwild772 the true greats sought to test themselves against men their size. Usman and GSP were there. He didn’t want that smoke. All his big wins were against guys that moved up from featherweight. He doesn’t have wins over great lightweight champions. No one he beat will go down as all time great at 155.

Those are undeniable "greatest of all time" accolades, can't really deny what's there, none of that is should've would've could've. Khabib beat a ranked 12, 3rd option shorter notice fighter for the title, he defended it 3 times, one of those time was against mcgregor who was drunk half the time..then he bounced…he didn’t cement himself, he never fought the other top contenders, didn’t go up a weight class, didn’t win more belts…he’s possibly the best lightweight, but fighter? Absolutely not even close, and he’s not even top 5.
