Oh ya and they are both in Black Panther so were once colleagues too so they probably hang out as much as they can especially after the fact. Trevor only did voice over work for the movie so they probably didn't interact much or at all then but it seems being in the same business they must be in the same circles all around.

@@gontsemolelekeng3190 I can't speak for LaDonna, but I will say as a Black American myself I can understand why she would say envious. Many of us Black Americans would love to have the kind of connection to the motherland that Daniel and Trevor have. They know where their roots are, where their ancestors originated. Even if they immigrate to England, the US, or elsewhere, they still have that sense of home and belonging. I know many Black Americans don't care and some even try to distance themselves from anything African. But plenty of us who are ADOS would love to have that kind of connection to our ancestors and our roots. For me, it's more a sense of melancholy than envy. Edit: Just editing to say that I'm not assuming LaDonna is American, I was just speaking from my own perspective.

Hilarious! I have always wondered the same thing about his mom's reaction afterward. The face she gave, you knew she was not pleased. lol.
