Exposed to the elements, the sun mostly due to homelessness. Mental illness being hand in hand with lack of sleep and poor hygiene. Also, little to no nutrition in whatever he's able to get. All of these things will age you fairly quickly.

A couple things: (a great video btw) Daniel has done many things to prove his attraction towards minors is by his own actions so that’s on him. Daniel has admitted through a phone call that he doesn’t even really regret what he’s being charged for. Daniel has also admitted through the same phone call that they’re going to try and play the mental game in court. Which at the very least he should never be online again that way he can permanently stay away from children. I have sympathy for child Daniel, but the second he started making comments about Grace and proving that he’s beyond sick, that’s where my sympathy ends.

Doing and saying these things in Colorado especially is insane. They do not mess around here. With Columbine, Aurora theatre, king Soopers shooting in Boulder, mini shootings all the time in Colorado Springs, etc- cops don’t take things lightly here. Living in South Dakota where nothing ever happens, SD cops compared to Colorado cops are very different. Colorado does not mess around.

If CWC had been bailed out, he's have been out of jail FAR sooner than he was. But no last I knew, and I could have misinterpreted, but as of Yesterday when Smokey talked out it, Larson has been denied bail. Which makes sense. I don't thing the Feds are too keen on letting someone making terroristic threats against them enjoy freedom pending trial/sentencing.

It really depends. Someone can be mentally ill, but can still stand trial. It has to be figured out if Daniel understood he was breaking the law, his over all IQ. He most likely will be going through some psych evaluations
