I am trying to decide if I want to live in Brickell Solataire apartments or live in an apartment close to the design district

Hmm so Brickell is going to be more walking friendly. The design district is a very good area with a lot of potential -- if you have a car you should be fine here. Brickell is more overcrowded at the moment, but it's a fun time if you like to go out, see/meet lots of people, be at the party in a few minutes --traffic and parking is ridiculous in this area tho. Take a look at midtown, is another area that is growing and is near the water-- also must have a car

@@dani-moves Thank you!! I am not sure what to do the apartment is right across from Sak’s and Brickell City Center you can walk out your door. I want to be able to be near luxury. Plus, I have a little dog. I will be working with a real estate agent. Your video got me thinking 🤔
