This is a quick leg day warm up to do before your workouts. Only 7 mins and your legs will be ready for the burn! Here we will be warming up your inner thighs, outer thighs, glutes, hamstrings and quads ❤️ the full thing! These are active stretches that will get your muscles activated! Warming up is important to avoid injuries and slowly get into the workout!

Yess boys can do booty workouts! It will improve your leg days! You can also do full body workouts which have a bit of everything ! Always make sure you ask your doctor before doing anything. And for diet tips you can watch one of my what I eat in a day videos :)
