Or there’s pereira, who is noticeably bigger than Reyes in LHW, but fought most of his career at MW, but somehow 5’10 (entirely average for LW) khabib is the worst weight bully. Khabib broke him like he broke Jose Aldo that’s why he can’t let it go and never will . He talked all that smack and it had the opposite effect almost so bad that he was begging for mercy mid fight thTs the difference. That’s one way to look at it. It all depends on how Conor views it in his head. As a Conor fan I can tell you that most of us took the Poirier KO loss differently than the Khabib submission loss bc he had been submitted before, crotch sniffing is a way to avoid a real fight by taking advantage of MMA rules (much of that grappling style would not work in a real street fight ).

@@MrAJM728 Conor has a big head and his face was sucked in. But his cut wasn't nearly as much as many others. Conor fought Nate at WW twice and couldn't even get to 170lbs. He weighed 168lbs both times that only 23lbs heavier than 145. Both Max and Dustin walk around in much heavier. Khabib walked around 194lbs. He would get "in shape" before starting camp at 188lbs. So even if you ignore the 194 and place him at 188, which is being a little generous, he's still cutting 33lbs to get to 155.

Breaking his ankle Conor never developed the character to handle success and he needs that character so bad right now a this point in his life. Of course he is jealous. Khabib destroy his mma carrier humiliated him and forced him to surrender (tap out) then cried in waiting room after the fight. Khabib retired on the top and then became great coach and business man. Anywhere he go people respected him. Conor is rich but money cannot erase the pain from being humiliated infront million of fans that he help to build. Conor is the picture of mma but Khabib appear on the same picture as one of the greatest and sucessful mma fighters on the picture, the man that stab conor chess with dagger and the pain will stay there foreva.

It could be small things; like youth or beauty, could be love & respect from peers, certain talents or skills, it could personality or any stuffs they wish but never have. They could be nasty & could even be lethal if theres direct rivalry. But this is more prevalent in women. Female seniors often act antagonistic towards female (and sometimes male) juniors in work places. Conor was THE champ THE star THE king of MMA universe worshipped by everyone, then a young Russian peasant came to expose, dominate & humiliate him. How dare he! Conor has real & deep hate & envy towards Khabib, this is obvious.
