I used to let my childhood trauma rule my life and let it become my narrative, but after my last depressive episode, I was like “no more!” I accept that what happened to me happened and I can’t go back and change what happened. Not to make excuses, but I was in a very low time in my life- emotionally weakened. My mother was dying, I was her care giver, then she died. The Lord removed 2 of my longtime friends from my life (they were toxic), then I reconnected from someone I knew in high school. I was confused by our connection. As time passed, I was getting bad vibes from him. I learned he was a narcissist. I prayed for the Lord’s help and forgiveness. I blocked this person about 3 years ago. Thanks for the message Daniella. As an empath I stayed in a relationship for 25 years in bondage from trauma that happened along the way. Hi Daniella. It's carnival in my country which is a tradition. I don't go out but I always wanted to experience color fete. I prayed about it and ask God to bless me with some memories I can look back on, and it was indeed a beautiful experience. I encountered a demon and I rebuke him in the name of Jesus. He got heated and then went on to call me a Jezebel because I was at the event, he try to point out that God won't acknowledge people like me. I was aware that the devil will show up but I assured him that his words have no power over me. He went on to call himself a "name" and I knew this was when I was actually face to face with a demon. I remember before I go to this event I prayed about my presence there and I was alerted on what to expect. But the fact that I had this encounter and straight up showed the devil that he have no authority over my life was magnificent. I remember how much time stopped and it was as if we were the only two people in the crowd, there was heat and his voice echoed loud and clear with the pronunciation of the name. He thought his words might have left me feeling crippled and scared, but I felt the shackles broke and fell right off of me and he was no longer a matter. I thank God for the victory.
